How long does Nicotine stay in your saliva for a mouth swab test?

Nicotine can be detected in saliva for up to 24-48 hours after use in a mouth swab test. However, this detection window can vary depending on factors such as the frequency and amount of nicotine use, individual metabolism, and the sensitivity of the saliva test being used.
