We booked the training after purchasing new saliva druy screening kits from the company. The training was excellent and answered all our questions. The format was personal and professional without being overwhelming. The advice on swabing and saliva collection proceedure had never been relayed to us by our previous suppliers. The advice on proceedures for different test groups was interesting especially using random testing for motivation. The traing on the specific product was very detailed and guidance on confirmation testing was also included. In all a well presented and very thourough almost 1hour session, and well worth completing before you introduce drug tests.
